Following changes made

  • Renaming, last traces of CSymPy, hopefully
  • Update Readme
  • CMake message given for the tests and benchmarks

cc @certik @isuruf @thilinarmtb

Renaming CSymPy to SymEngine in benchmarks, etc.
These are the last trace of CSymPy, hopefully.
* CSymPy -> SymEngine
* Default value of PIRANHA cmake option corrected
* Option to build tests and benchmarks added to cmake options
