Point class in vector module express coordinates only in rectangular coordinate system #13068

Point class in vector module has method express_coordinates which return coordinates only for rectangular coordinate system.
When adding another types coordinate systems to Coordsys3D will be finished, express_coordinates should be also updated to also handle this feature.
