Can't start with 1.27.7 on macOS 10.14

Need to downgrade back to 1.27.6

Support is dropped for macOS 10. You need probably macOS 11 or higher. See https://forum.syncthing.net/t/syncthing-v1-27-7/22099. Or compile yourself.
