When excessive width is applied to outline/adv.outline layers, holes start to appear in the overlapping regions instead of outline filling the whole area.
I'm not sure whether this can be a problem in any real usecases or whether it can instead be exploited to create random effects, but in any case it seems to be unobvious undocumented behaviour.
