This is an infograhic of US Foreign Aid by Department, Country and Year from 1976-2009.  Data sourced from http://explore.data.gov/d/tyea-6dgv

Built with coffeescript using D3.  Raphael thrown in just for colors, so it should probably be taken out for optimization.

To run locally, start a simple python server.
