当前 RequireJS 配置上，jQuery 是合并在每个 Page 的 main 模块中的，导致每个 main 模块文件过大，而且每次加载新页面都需要重复下载 jQuery 部分，这样反而导致性能恶化。

因此需要配置将 jQuery 独立出来，从 CDN 加载。
