It has been 7 hours since Weekly-contest-264 is finished, but ratings still not predicted yet. Something went wrong ?

Yes. Data update jobs are blocking the rating prediction job. I will try to fix this issue soon. Maybe we can have separate job queues for prediction and data-update jobs.
Rating prediction is done for today's weekly-contest.
