Description

Integrate pytest and implement it's runner to meet up with new community standards for python currently under construction.

Acceptance Criteria

Add pytest to dependencies
Change test runner from nose to pytest-runner

Definition of Done

All of the required items are completed.
Approval by 1 mentor.
