Web Audio の制限に引っかかっていて通知音が鳴らない

タップ時にアンロック処理を挟めば良さそう

タップをどのタイミングにするのかはわからないけど、iOSのSafariにはアンロック処理を挟んでも一定時間経過するとまた反応しなくなるバグ( or 仕様)があるので、最初の処理でどうにかできる問題ではなさそう。

そもそもiOSで効果音がいるかは疑問ではある
