Cant share through different Neteork

When i uploaded file and clicked send button, a blue dot began to blink in the side of the name. The file is not received at the receiver window

I think what you meant is that Sharedrop is only working with Chrome. That's what happens to me.

I've tried transferring files with Firefox and Vivaldi, Sharedrop doesn't work.

Please check this problem.
