Looks like Microsoft might already be creating their version of a configuration consumer/decrypter, and seem to be making changes to the algorithm. This could mean breaking crypto changes that will have to be folded into this.

Confirmed crypto changes from the botframework-config library. Looks like MS spun out their own consumer/decryptor. Will need to update crypto while maintaining backwards compatibility.
