[Repo] Add caching by query keys

Short description
Cache is now a need for repository due to high resource usage. We can implement caching HTTP requests by query keys: arch & version
Motivation
To many requestes to the server. Need to decrease this number

Our hosting does not support caching. All requests (even with cache-control header) hits the backend
