When a new visitor first connects to the web site
PHP 7.3 is logging the warning:
PHP Warning: "continue" targeting switch is equivalent to "break". Did you mean to use "continue 2"? in /usr/local/www/apache24/data/plugins/system/t3/includes/menu/t3bootstrap.php on line 88

Fixes have already been merged into the Master branch since last release for files:

./plugins/system/t3/includes/menu/megamenu.php
./plugins/system/t3/includes/lessphp/less/less.php
