boxSdf doesn't set up uvs properly in optimized mode #1029

Example is in transformSequence_sdf_uv_test,

(boxSdf,sphereSdf) -> combine (smooth union) -> transformSequence (on primary UV) -> transformSequence (on secondary UV)

This isn't consistently reproducible, so maybe the issue isn't in boxSdf
