Describe the bug
convars for PtfxDisable doesn't activate on true

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

set convars "+set txAdmin-menuPtfxDisable true"

Expected behavior
the txAdmin menu to not display Pftx on NoClip/GodMode
