21.6.28 broke TE64

Hello,

Since a couple of hours and update 26.6.28, TE64.exe just doesn't start, nothing happens. TE32 works fine though.
I've tried downloading a clean install on https://tablacus.github.io/explorer_en.html (download on desktop, extract, run TE64.exe), without success.

Considering I can't run TE64, the following informations have been retrieved through TE32. TE64 is located in the same place.

I have the same issue.

Looking at the releases page, I'm getting a bit confused with the versions, so here's exactly what happened.
Everything worked fine 24 hours ago and, about 20 hours ago, autoupdate ran but didn't complete in the sense that Tablacus didn't reboot, and since then TE64.exe didn't start.

From https://github.com/tablacus/TablacusExplorer/releases, I've tried 21.6.30, 21.6.29 and 21.6.28 with the same issue (download the zip file on C:\Users\<user name>\Desktop, extract in the same place, TE64.exe doesn't start, TE32.exe works fine). 21.6.25 works fine though (same place, same addons). When I Help\Check for updates, 21.6.28 is available but with the same issue after trying to update.

Not sure if that's relevant, but I've noticed that, in my first post, Shell execute hook 1.12 is not listed in the addons list (and I don't have a 'Enabled' tickbox in the Options\Add-ons dialog).

I have reverted the changes I made in 21.6.28.
The changes reverted are related to the NET framework shim.
Please try to install Tablacus Explorer 21.7.3.

If 21.7.3 doesn't work, delete script/index.html and run TE64.exe.
Can you see a "404 File Not Found" window after about 10 seconds.

There's no change.
After deleting index.html, TE64 still doesn't start and I don't have a 404 File Not Found.

I've noticed though that TE32 Help\About reads:

Tablacus Explorer 21.7.3 Gaku (32 bits)
C:\Users\<user name>\Desktop\te210703\TE32.exe (21.7.2.0)

Right-clicking\Properties\Details TE64.exe also reads 21.7.2.0.

If you extract the Tablacus Explorer 21.7.2 zip and replace the TE64.exe only with 21.6.25 can it run?

All 3 options (pasting 21.06.25 TE64.exe into 21.07.02 folder, test_1 and test_2) worked fine.
