File list is incorrectly opened twice if "about:" is chosen with Ctrl pressed #536

Please help to solve this problem. Thanks.

A file list of "Speed dial" or "About Remember" is incorrectly opened twice if:

it is chosen from the right arrow menu of Computer in address bar (NOT from any other places), and
Ctrl key is kept pressed

This problem seems to relate to the closed issue #514.
