Page Breaks?

Hello, wanted to thank you for this great little module (markdown-pdf). The only issue I've encountered is that I can't seem to figure out how to create a page break that carries forward from my Markdown files to my PDFs? None of the tricks I've used before seem to work, including inline HTML tags and CSS hacks to impose page breaks on certain elements. Can you advise the correct way to insert a page break? Thank you!
