Crash when the hierarchy levels are expanded in the tree or another column is renamed to use the same name as the deleted column

… partitions and to execute script "pieces" (i.e. highlight the piece of code that should be executed, before pressing F5). Known issue: Tables with non-standard key columns cause crash when deleted.
