Need a Drupaler to review my (newbie) project proposal

Long story short: I am a newbie Drupal developer looking to land a project to revamp a static WordPress site in Drupal. The project has a pretty big scope (CMS, media center, Role-based login, API integrations, ECommerce, Microsites) so I may very well be in over my head for this project, but I am also excited for the opportunity and the chance to expand my skill set by learning Drupal!

So I have researched as much as I could and have compiled an initial proposal draft based on the requirements that have been provided to me. It would be amazing if you could go through it and give me constructive feedback based on your personal development experiences with Drupal!
