Description

When open TuiMobileDropdown as a sheet and then close it by swipe or tap on the overlay, the state of "open" parameter of TuiHostedDropdown doesn't change to false as expected. So users have to tap twice to open it again.

Example is on this page https://taiga-ui.dev/directives/dropdown in "Mobile" section, "Select user" dropdown.
