CLANG prefered over GCC as of r11b #83

As of r11b. GCC is deprecated and CLANG is the preferred compiler.
The default compiler should be updated to use CLANG by default as well.

From the release notes for NDK r11b:
"We strongly recommend switching to Clang"
"GCC in the NDK is now deprecated in favor of Clang"
