と関連して、地図上に1つのピンを立てて、そのまま共有するURLを発行できるようにする。

想定ユース:

イベント等の案内で位置や情報が分かる形でのリンクを設定したい
オープンデータや自治体データレイヤーにない場所でイベントが実施される場合にも使えるようにする必要があるので、任意の場所にピンを立てられるようにする
