d2w works like w and 2dw counts as two separate actions. #133

In the case of d2w, drracket-vim-tool basically treats it as two separate commands: d2 and w, where d2 does nothing. In the case of 2dw, it treats it as dwdw.

d2w and 2dw should instead be substituted with v2wd
