Can the installers have an option (checked by default, or controled by a setting in the configuration file) to launch the app right after the installation?

For the same reasons as #95, I'm not going to support this within Pynsist, but if you want to do it for your own app, feel free to either write a custom template, or use whatever pieces of Pynsists's machinery make sense for you to build your installer.

Ok. I will. With the given nsi file in the output, this should be no problem.

And if you didn't already spot it, there's a --no-makensis flag. With that, it prepares the .nsi file, and puts all of the files in place in the build directory, but skips the final step to build the installer. That saves quite a bit of time if you're experimenting and looking at the nsi file.
