Spell Shared Bonds Doesn't Work At All

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Zangarmarsh and find 2 Dreghood Drudge
2. Start to attack them
3. One of them (or both) will cast "Shared Bonds"
4. And nothing - they cast it, you can see shield aura, but no gold lightning between them, and no damage split, and they can not move and attack

Expected behavior
The life force of the target and caster are linked, sharing damage equally between each other. + they should move and attack under this spell!
