The colours are the same as you can see on the palette at the bottom of neofetch's output:

It seems like vscode is doing something on light integrated terminals that darkens the colours, but it doesn't do this on dark themes, while iTerm is using the colours as they are. I'm not quite sure how to get a hold of the "real" colours that vscode is displaying -- if you're able to figure those out I'm happy to update the theme so you can get those in iTerm.
