Upgrade to 3.11 Broke Mictrack 510/600 Devices (tlt2h port 5030)

Hello I just upgraded to 3.11 and the devices on port 5030 (tlt2h port) the Mictrack 510's and Mictrack600's all stopped updating. All my OSM and TAIP devices are updating correctly. Soon as I downgraded to 3.10 Mictrack devices worked just fine.

Watching the log file shows the device sending the same data as before. But on version 3.11 it ether doesn't like it or thinks it's invalid as I get no INFO update.. Just the debug line.

I have checked the HEX debug between the versions and there is no difference in the debug info expect the timestamp of a few minutes it takes to change versions.. But 3.10 devices update fine 3.11 don't..
