Top-level build scripts accept--reconf-LIBRARY and --rebuild-LIBRARY flags but console output or build.log does not print anything about them. So if you misspell library name when using one of these two flags you'll never notice that.

Console output and/or build.log should include details about processed --reconf-LIBRARY and --rebuild-LIBRARY flags.

fixed in development.

Valid library names are printed on console output.
