Do not require tasks when includeTasks is used #30

Now it seems that activities.py requires that tasks is always specified, but that does not make sense when file is used just to load other activities using includeTasks.

                    self.tasks = self.configuration["tasks"]
                    self.tasks += _includeTasks()
