描述bug
Hexo主题下，在vercel已经配置NEXT_PUBLIC_ENABLE_RSS为false，但不生效

复现步骤
Hexo主题下，在vercel已经配置NEXT_PUBLIC_ENABLE_RSS为false，但不生效

期望的正常结果
Hexo主题下，在vercel配置NEXT_PUBLIC_ENABLE_RSS为false后，应隐藏rss订阅图标
