Auto Updater

For some reason, whenever a version change is made(3.2.44 to 3.2.45, for example) the program won't auto-update for me. I have stable update channel on and I don't know what I'd have to enable to allow it to auto update.

the autoupdater is kind of mega janky and doesn't really work well (and is hard to debug). downloading the latest version from https://tangobattle.com/ will do roughly the same thing, so it should be a reasonable workaround for now.

in the General tab of tango settings could we get a button that opens the Users\<username>\AppData\Local\tango-updater\pending directory so that we can just tell people to click that button and run the installer whenever they ask about this.

other ideas for hand holding:
• do a popup window to warn users and ask for confirmation if they try to close tango while it's actively downloading an update. Should mitigate the scenario where people think the installer is broken but it actually works fine and they just keep interrupting it.

• detect when tango has been closed and reopened without updating even though it had a viable update ready to be ran when it was last closed. Prompt the user to open the directory where the installer was downloaded whenever this scenario happens.
