Hi there! This is so much fun!
However, it's difficult to play on european devices since the keyboard layout (& the appropriate key markings) don't match with the american ones.

It would be awesome to add and choose between different keyboard layouts.

That's a great idea! I'm not familiar with the other keyboard layouts, thoughts on making a pull request?

Hi there Tania,
I've put it on my backlog, however I can't make any certain promises at the time.
Good thing is, we at least documented the idea!
Perhaps it might attract some interest with a "help wanted" label?

Also nothing works at all when the Cyrillic/Russian keyboard layout is active. It feels like you're using key characters instead of raw key codes. Key codes correspond to physical keys on the keyboard, but characters are what those keys type.
