Trying to use @mingming-ma's new vision preview feature, I'm seeing this error:

Interestingly, it seems to work in some cases and not others (e.g. one computer will work, the other fails every time).

https://community.openai.com/t/completions-api-gpt-4-vision-preview-requests-with-function-call-are-rejected/479657 - the vision model doesn't support function calling.

It looks like when you have function calls in your chat, you can't send them along with the images. I guess we need to strip those out?
