unable to see EOS balance in fairy wallet

I have some EOS on a Ledger Nano S that I.ve not accessed since 2018. I've opened the Nano on Ledger Live and its directed me to Fairy Wallet. ive opened an account and paid for the user name but when I open Fairy Wallet it shows the balance as $0 - how do you move the Eos from Nano S to Fairy Wallet so you can see the balance?

I've noticed on bloks.io it states: EOS Version 1.3.1 with arbitrary data disabled and gives a different public key

I have the same issue. Tried everything I could find. Reached the same level with Fairy Wallet but couldn't figure out how to add existing EOS to it. Next I tried Scatter as directed on the Ledger and EOS sites, but I am still running into problems when I try to import the key from a hardware device as directed on the Web site. Specifically, the errors are:

• CLA_NOT_SUPPORTED (0x6e00). This happens when I've successfully used my PIN to get into the Ledger Nano S but haven't selected the EOS wallet on the device; or
• "Cannot Write to HID Device", once I select the EOS wallet.

I have confirmed that all firmware is up to date, and the apps are as well. I am also using the actual USB cord that came with the device. Also tried all troubleshooting as explained on the Ledger Web site, all the way through updating everything and resetting PRAM and NVRAM.

Any luck for others?
