Description:
Color of the backups toggle button is red as opposed to green which is incorrect as per the design. Design reference: https://app.zeplin.io/project/5dbdf1a40bdfd3832e35c9c5/screen/5ef40bf7fb40e1a33d60c1e2

@nyarian has indicated that they have used a default native color on Android, should we change the color of this button to green?
