跟着教程走的到 mvn tars:tars2java 的时候出现这个错，无法继续，google 了一下，也没找到 qq-cloud-central:tars-maven-plugin 这个依赖，我感觉这个是不是腾讯云内部的 repository 里才有的，可否发布到 mvnrepository.com 方便外部使用?

知道原因了，原来是项目自带的子项目，还以为是外部依赖
