tars的系统时间怎么设置呢？tars服务时间比北京时间少八小时，服务器时间是对的。

tars系统的时间与服务器时间一致，服务时间在各自的服务里面进行设置，日志时间和数据库时间写入有误是因为服务时间设置有误导致的（在服务中没有申明时区）。
