Hotkey for turning on/off panel outputs, including frame counter and input display #44

There is currently no way to revert to the old way of frame counter,
without the 'of frames', i.e. Curr_frame/tot_frame vs. Curr_frame

I don't see a problem with this behavior, as it now matches the behavior of the 
other
TAS emulators, I don't see it causing much inconvenience to have the total movie
count shown when movies are playing or recording. Especially compared to the
inconvenience it causes not to have that shown.

After discussion on IRC, this is being changed to 'Hotkey for turning on/off 
panel
outputs, including frame counter and input display'
