The page at https://community-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/groups/doiuNx_YT9Ovi-5heI7PYA doesn't seem to be updating (it stays the same, but hitting reload shows jobs having completed). Loading it with network inspector active shows no connections to /subscriptions. I didn't investigate further..

Great! I'd start by seeing if you can replicate it, and then start debugging. If you load a task group view, do you see any calls to /subscription?

I don't know what's wrong, so I can't give much more guidance than that!
