Does removeOnComplete with a number of jobs to keep only remove the oldest Jobs ? #1562

Hi I could not find this in the docs,
wenn I specify the number of jobs to keep with the removeOnComplte option,
does that respect the time when the job was added to the queue and only remove older jobs ?

It keeps the latest completed jobs.
