Bug - open selected list on app launch doesn't work

Opening always the same default list (or tag in my case) on app start doesn't work anymore. App always opens at the last list on which I was before leaving app using back gesture. Switch "Open last viewed list" (located in: Settings -> Look and feel) doesn't change anything anymore.

If I turn it off, I select default list in:
Settings -> Look and feel -> Open list -> . It doesn't impact anything either.

Bug is present in 13.6 and 13.7 (beta version) as well. I can't tell when exactly it stopped working properly. Fresh app installation without importing settings and lists doesn't help either.

@abaker, could you take a look at it, please? It might be a small bug.
