Tasks has a function to automatically identify dates. For example, if the reminder content I want to add is 1-2-2024, Tasks will set the reminder date to 1-2-2024 by default. But this recognition algorithm often makes mistakes.
For example, if the content I added contains 4-5-6789, it will default to setting the reminder date to 6789 AD. This is ridiculous,No one in 2024 will survive until 6789.
Therefore, it is recommended to add a filtering algorithm and no longer remind you when the year exceeds “The current device displays year + 10 years".I think providing ten years of redundancy is sufficient. After all, no one will use tasks to create a reminder ten years from now.Of course, it’s up to you to decide how many years to set.
