I haven't purchased it yet, and I want to confirm that I can use your integration before considering purchasing this model.

Pictures from the Dreame APP, I don't know its exact model yet:

Hi,
I don’t see the S20 Pro (Mop Pad Swing) on this page, so I’m sorry if I didn’t realize it might be a variant of a certain model.

I cannot help you without knowing the actual model number since there are too many different model numbers with the same name as you can already realize.
If it is not currently on the supported devices that means it has been recently added to the app and I couldn't find time to add its support to the integration yet.

Hi,
I have already purchased the S20 pro (Mop Pad Swing) and added it to my Home Assistant integration.

In the integration, it is recognized as the dreame.vacuum.r2338 model. By searching for the official documentation, I found a PDF that shows the model number as "R2338--国内版-说明书(系列化)_1698655221878_1718250985437.pdf".

This model appears to be very similar to the L20 Ultra, with the only difference being the suction power - 7000pa vs 7300pa. It's possible this is just a difference in marketing.

I hope this information is helpful.

I think you got a L20 Ultra variant and not an S20.

It can indeed be understood as the L20 Ultra variant. In China, it is defined as the S20 机械臂版 or the S20 Pro 机械臂版.

I have never seen before that same model number with different names according to the region. Normally same devices with different regions has different model numbers.

This may be Dreame's new approach. Multiple evidence shows that they are indeed all called r2338. It may be divided into a domestic (China) r2338 version and an international version, with different firmwares (regional restrictions).
This is a website I found: https://vacuum.mindsolo.net/models/dreame.vacuum.r2338

The difference between the "S20 机械臂" and "S20 Pro 机械臂" models lies in the presence of a built-in device for automatic addition of cleaning solution. Other than that, the hardware specifications of the two models are identical.

I will update the device name in the supported devices list according to this.
Thanks.
