ArtSocketOpenError that turns off one of my TV and lights my lamps

Hello,

When one of my TV is up (not the frame one), something really strange could appear : this TV sometimes turns off, and just a few seconds later some of my Philips lamps lights.

it appears once or twice a week and it’s disturbing because of all the light in the same piece where my TV Frame is, suddenly turns on.

I searched into the homebridge logs and every time that appear, I found the error below from the plugin.
