A macro that creates a PDF from the current document

Here's another rough-and-ready macro. This one creates and optionally opens a PDF version of the current document, with the same path and filename as the current document, but with a .pdf extension.

To open the PDF file in a WSL system, wslview (part of the wslu package) must be installed.

@taviso - This macro sometimes causes wp to crash without warning. I can't reproduce the problem, but it's happened more than once. I've now added some cleanup routines, but it will take more testing to see whether they work on not.

EDIT: Have fixed a few problems in the macro, and it now prompts before overwriting an existing PDF
