Sample order on x axis not working

Hello,

I tried to adjust the order of samples on the x-axis for the QC & intensity plots from here

but unfortunately this is not reflected in the graph as shown here:

am I missing something here?

Hey,

There seems to be something off with that feature in some plots ... Legends labels are re-ordered accordingly, but not necessarily the x-axis labels.
Will need to have a look at it.
