Sometimes you want to string together a few passages that count as one reading
eg Leviticus 1:1-9; 7:37-38
But Jethro only allows one segment to be entered.
Question that arises: How many segments should be allowed in a single reading? Is 2 enough?

I've added the ability to include extra verses from the same chapter that the original passage ends with.
Eg Matt 22:1-3, 7-8
or Mark 2:28-3:2, 5-6.
This doesn't cover every possible case (eg the example in the top post) but it looks like it will cover 99% of lectionary readings.
