Idea: In run sheet personnel section, hide roles without anyone assigned #829

Currently, at the top of the run sheet, there is a personnel section (controlled by roster views' "show on run sheet" setting). It shows all roles in the relevant roster view(s), and if nobody is assigned for a role it shows "--". This is useful in showing if a role needs to be filled. But some roles don't need to be filled every week (eg "holiday kids church" or "communion setup" if you only have communion monthly), and showing them creates clutter.

Therefore, an idea: If a role has no assignee, hide it from the top of the run sheet altogether.

Keen for input for/against.

Done, as a new option.
Roster view's "show on run sheet" field can now be
"Yes, including blank roles"
"Yes, without blank roles"
"No"
