Make roster-view selection sticky #895

When I go to the view/edit roster page, there is a dropdown at the top to choose a roster view.
It would be good if this was "sticky" so that it defaulted to whatever I chose last time I was on that page.

It would be fine to store this in the session, it doesn't need to persist longer than that.
